One of my employees asked me to do a blog on Steven Tyler’s twisted toe. I frankly don’t know what to say. It definitely is unusual, especially when you pair it with nail polish! I’ve been scratching my balding head trying to figure out how it got that way. Was it from too much jumping and dancing during his days with the Boston band, Aerosmith? (You remember their hit Dream On, and one of my favorites…Toys in the Attic). Did he break his toe and didn’t do what the doctor suggested; that is, “buddy tape” it to the big toe in order to help it heal straight? Was he spending too much time in platform shoes? Does he have some sort of inflammatory condition like rheumatoid arthritis or gout? Or was he born that way?
