Dr. Mosher is a board-certified osteopathic family physician who joined North Idaho DPC in 2023. Known for his empathy, attentive care, and practical approach, he empowers patients to reduce reliance on medications and achieve long-term wellness.
Certified in Functional Medicine by the IFM since 2015, and a former president of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, Dr. Mosher blends functional and environmental medicine to treat conditions like chronic fatigue, heart disease, autoimmune issues, dementia, autism, and GI disorders—while focusing on prevention.
Originally from Texas, Dr. Mosher earned his math degree from New Mexico State and his medical degree from the University of North Texas. He completed residency at East Tennessee State. Now living in North Idaho with his wife and two sons, he enjoys gardening, disc golf, saunas, and learning Norwegian.
Dr. Julianne Cameron, DO is board certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine. She completed her training at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri and her residency training at Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ. She has been practicing medicine in Kootenai County since 2016.
God called her to medicine when she was just 12 years old and has developed a love for medicine and people since that time. She is a firm believer in patient autonomy and loves to come alongside patients and help them achieve their health goals. She has been happily married since 2009. She and her husband love northern Idaho and the beautiful countryside. She enjoys the outdoors, reading and crocheting.
Kayla Kendall, a family nurse practitioner, graduated from George Washington University, DC, in 2024. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anna Maria College in Massachusetts in 2016.
Kayla worked at the bedside for eight years, providing comprehensive care in the cardiac intensive care unit. She managed dialysis, fresh open-heart surgery patients, heart devices, and heart failure.
In 2020, she traveled to New York City to help with the strain on the healthcare system. Kayla resides in Hayden, Idaho, with her husband and son. She enjoys photography, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and dog. Kayla also has a passion for patient advocacy and providing the best possible care.
