Activate Muscles. Boost Circulation. Feel the Energy.

Vibration Plate

Sometimes, the smallest movements create the biggest shifts. Vibration Plate Therapy offers a fast, effective way to stimulate muscles, improve lymphatic flow, and support healing—without a workout, great for people who can't physically do them.

What Is Vibration Plate Therapy?

Vibration Plate Therapy involves standing, sitting, or performing exercises on a platform that sends gentle, controlled vibrations through the body. These micro-vibrations cause your muscles to contract and release rapidly—up to 30 times per second—creating the effect of an intense workout in a fraction of the time.

Our whole-body vibration system enhances muscle tone, circulation, and lymphatic drainage, and it’s often used to reduce swelling, improve joint flexibility, stimulate detoxification, and speed post-procedure recovery. It’s especially helpful for clients who are unable to engage in high-impact exercise due to injury, fatigue, or mobility concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions

The platform produces gentle vibrations that trigger reflexive muscle contractions, improving circulation, enhancing muscle tone, and stimulating the lymphatic system. It’s a full-body benefit in a short session.

Vibration therapy is safe for most people. However, we’ll avoid it during pregnancy, after recent surgery, or if you have a pacemaker or seizure disorder. Always inform us of any health conditions so we can customize your care.

Depending on your goals, 2–3 times per week is a great place to start. It can be used for ongoing maintenance, recovery support, or lymphatic stimulation after certain treatments.

It’s a great complement—but not a replacement. While it activates muscles and improves circulation, it works best when combined with movement, stretching, or other treatments.

Yes! Many clients use vibration therapy after procedures like Emerald Laser, IV Therapy, or microneedling to help move fluids, reduce swelling, and speed up recovery.

Most clients feel great afterward. Rarely, some may experience mild dizziness or tingling—especially if dehydrated. That’s why we recommend drinking water before and after.
